Customer care is our priority and we endeavour to provide you with our product as promptly as those responsible for the delivery allow. Should you encounter any difficulties please don't hesitate to bring this to our attention at your earliest convenience.  

Privacy & Safety

During the processing of payments and arranging delivery of our products we ensure your personal details are kept securely and are only stored for the purposes of  supplying them to you. We use Amazon for our online orders and recommend that customers familiarise themselves with the associated terms and conditions. For orders placed directly, PayPal is our preferred form of payment as it offers our customers their trusted security . However, customers are advised to read their terms and conditions before placing any order. 

Wholesale Inquiries

We are happy to consider requests for discounted bulk purchases of products and during the launch period of  'It's Not Fair!' we will be providing 1 free copy with every 10 books ordered.

Postage / Shipping
Postage and shipping costs reflect the rates set by the Royal Mail and are subject to change. Customers requiring the delivery of books to addresses outside of the UK are requested to contacts us for details of the likely charges before placing an order.
